Katia made everything easy from the moment I booked. Her helpful texts prior to arrival ensured I had all the info needed for transportation and restaurants. The Junior Suite offered amazing ocean views and was beautifully furnished. Breakfast on the balcony started each day perfectly, with delicious options delivered with a smile. The location was convenient, just steps down to the main road, making it easy to explore Positano. Minor inconvenience arose from the cooler night temperatures. a heater would have been nice. Still, the personalized attention truly elevated my stay. I enjoyed the quiet ambiance, away from the bustling crowds yet close enough to enjoy the beach and restaurants.

I found the numerous steps down to the property quite exhausting after a long day. Despite Katia's help, the accessibility can be a bit overwhelming, especially for those with mobility challenges. Additionally, the promised amenities outside of the room were non-existent, which was disappointing as I was hoping for shared spaces to enhance the experience.
